Ash “Griff” Griffiths is a former Royal Marine Commando with 10 years’ service, having operated within specialist military and law enforcement teams in challenging environments worldwide. Following his military career, he worked in the superyacht, maritime security, and defence sectors. He currently serves as an Operational Training Manager within a UK Fire & Rescue Service, leading operational training development and advising on specialist projects. Alongside this, he runs a private practice as an integrative therapist and coach, supporting individuals in managing trauma and promoting accessible mental health support.

Dr Katie Muscroft

An experienced emergency medicine consultant and senior healthcare leader, with leadership roles across an Integrated Care Board (ICB) and as Deputy Medical Director within an ambulance trust. Founder, Chair, and Clinical Lead of BASICS Dorset, and an active pre-hospital doctor in West Dorset, with additional voluntary roles including Lifeboat Medical Advisor for Swanage Lifeboat.

Extensive experience as an event doctor and clinical lead for large-scale events, including UK music festivals, with the establishment of Elixir Events Ltd delivering medical, welfare, and safeguarding services. Involved in a wide range of events from festivals to motorsport and air shows.

Fatih Isik

A highly experienced Crisis, Resilience, and Emergency Management Executive with nearly two decades of leadership across strategic resilience, complex incident management, and large-scale emergency coordination. Has led and participated in approximately 600 real-world emergency and search and rescue operations, spanning natural disasters, urban incidents, and high-pressure operational environments.

Specialises in integrating operational crisis leadership with enterprise resilience, business continuity, and emergency preparedness. Extensive experience in designing and implementing emergency management frameworks, crisis coordination structures, and scenario-based training aligned with international standards including ISO 22320 and ISO 22301.

Founder and Chairman of an internationally active search and rescue organisation, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational excellence, volunteer coordination, and cross-border collaboration. Also serves as Director of the Industries Alliance Committee at the International Association of Disaster Management.

Focused on supporting organisations operating in complex, high-risk, and multinational environments, where resilience, preparedness, and decisive leadership are critical to maintaining operational continuity and safeguarding people.

Amir Williamson

An experienced operational firefighter with over a decade of expertise in incident command, control, and multi-agency collaboration. Currently serves as Emergency Planning Liaison Officer to London Stansted Airport, manages the Service’s Critical Incident Team function, and supports the planning and delivery of major events, including the Clacton Airshow. Known for a collaborative and supportive leadership style, working effectively across teams and partner agencies to achieve successful operational outcomes.

Bastian Bartels

Bastian Bartels is a firefighter with Volkswagen Osnabrück GmbH, based in Osnabrück Land. He brings operational firefighting experience within an industrial setting, supporting emergency response and safety management within a complex, high-risk environment.
